Das Taylorpolynom zweiter Ordnung mit Entwicklungspunkt \(0\) von \(f\) ist gegeben durch \[T_{0, 2}f(x) = f(0) + f'(0) \cdot x + \frac{1}{2}\cdot f''(0)\cdot x^2\text{.}\]

Nebenrechnung:

\[f(x) = \cos(x) + \int_{0}^{x}\frac{\cos(t)}{1+t^2}\,\text{d}t\] \[f'(x) = -\sin(x) + \frac{\cos(x)}{1+x^2}\] \[f''(x) = -\cos(x) + \frac{-\sin(x)\cdot (1+x^2)- \cos(x)\cdot 2\cdot x}{(1+x^2)^2}\] \[f(0) = \cos(0) + \int_{0}^{0}\frac{\cos(t)}{1+t^2}\,\text{d}t = 1 + 0 = 1\] \[f'(0) = -\sin(0) + \frac{\cos(0)}{1+0^2} = -0 + \frac{1}{1} = 1\] \[f''(0) = -\cos(0) + \frac{-\sin(0)\cdot (1+0^2)- \cos(0)\cdot 2\cdot 0}{(1+0^2)^2} = -1 + \frac{0-0}{1}=-1\]

Ergebnis:

\[T_{0, 2}f(x) = 1 + 1 \cdot x + \frac{1}{2}\cdot (-1)\cdot x^2\] \[T_{0, 2}f(x) = 1 + x - \frac{1}{2}\cdot x^2\]
