Welche Lösungsschritte sind zielführend?
9^x-3^x=72
1. \(9^x = 3^{2x} \)
2. Substitution: \( z = 3^x \)
und dann weiter rechnen.
oder aber:
$$ 3^{2x} - 3^{x} = 72 $$
$$ 3^x(3^x-1) = 9 \cdot 8 $$
$$ 3^x(3^x-1) = 9 \cdot (9-1) $$
$$ x = 2 $$

Danke, danke, hat sehr geholfen.
gv
9x-3x=72
(3^x)^2 - 3^x - 72 = 0
Substituiere
s = 3^x
s^2 - s - 72 = 0
s1,2 = 1/2 ( 1 ± √(1 + 4*72))
= 1/2 (1 ± √289)
= 1/2 (1 ± 17)
s1 = 9
s2 = -8
Rücksubstitution nicht vergessen.
3^x = s kann nicht negativ sein. s2 deshalb nicht interessant.
3^x = 9 ==> x=2
Kontrolle
9^2 - 3^2 = 81 - 9 = 72 stimmt.
