x²+4x+y²-4y-3 = 0  | + 3  | + 2²  | + 2²    (quadratische Ergänzungen)

x² + 4x + 2² + y² -4y + 2²   =  3 + 4 + 4 

(x + 2)² + (y - 2)² = 11

Kreis mit Mittelpunkt M(-2|2) und Radius  √11
