$$\frac{30}{100}\cdot x=\frac{x}{3}-3\implies\frac{90}{300}\cdot x=\frac{100}{300}\cdot x-3\implies\frac{10}{300}\cdot x=3\implies x=\frac{300}{10}\cdot3=90$$
